The TaxMan Don't Get-eth: the Google Play

Seems the lads at Google have forgone pay again this year. Obviously they don't need it but I wonder if the taxman would agree. I would have thought giving it to charity would have been one way of grabbing more publicity, goodwill and a solid tax break.
Guess at the $100s of millions the tax implications are different. I will find out about that as soon as I win lotto.
